 Breakfast was 2 eggs, broccoli, 2 sausage, and cheese. With orange juice.
 Lunch was broccoli cheese soup from panara bread.
 Dinner was french fries with green chili and taco meat and cheese. Probably my worst meal of the week!
Dessert was the last of my sugar free jello

Breakfast protein shake
              
My BCAA's drink after my workout and lunch was egg salad sandwich and carrots!

Snack sugar free jello and whip cream. Only about 50 calories

Dinner was tacos. I took the green chili I made and added taco meat!

 2 Santiago breakfast burritos for lunch
Snack while I drove home

Dinner was a brownie leftover from Sunday night...I forgot to take a picture. I went to chili's with Bekah for dessert.

1/4/16 dinner

Just had trail mix for lunch ):

Orange chicken and ramen.
Didn't have seconds, only used one flavor packet for two things of noodles. (for whole family to share)
Drink = 100% apple juice

1/4/16 breakfast 500 calories

Bagel and cream cheese, coffee with creamer. I didn't use as much cream cheese but I still need to use less. I need to stay making an egg every morning like I used to, for the protein.

Taco bar, one hard shell, one soft shell, some rice and beans. Drink = lemon sparkling soda.
